DescriptionLeadership & Team Support: Assist in providing leadership to a team of dedicated staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Support in hiring, training, and mentoring team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences.Operational Support: Work closely with the management team to oversee daily operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.Enhance Guest Experience: Support the management team in prioritizing customer satisfaction by ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service and a welcoming environment. Assist in addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.Financial Assistance: Contribute to managing the restaurant\'s budget, including labour costs, food costs, and overall financial performance. Assist in implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.Marketing & Community Engagement: Collaborate with the management and marketing teams to promote their brand in the Edmonton area. Engage with the local community through events and partnerships that align with their values.Compliance & Safety: Assist in ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead management position, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Proven track record of financial management, including budgeting and P&L analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for the craft beer industry and a deep understanding of beer culture.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
