The Assistant General Manager is a key role on our team. This leader will balance membership sales, member service and coach development to help grow our centre!
This is a full time role that will require the candidate to work Tuesdays to Saturdays with some evening shifts.
The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring all prospects are followed up with in a timely manner, answering questions and enrolling prospects into membership.
2. Book trial classes and following up with each trial on their experience, ultimately leading them to enrol as a member.
3. Provide member service by replying to emails, texts and calls.
4. Assisting the General Manager in hiring, training, on boarding new coaches.
5. Assisting the General Manager in coach evaluations and development.
6. Coaching a minimum of 10 classes per week.
