Duties

Assist the General Manager in developing and implementing operational strategies Oversee daily store or department activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Support staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Manage customer relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement processes Help develop sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase revenue Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards

Skills

Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry Strong leadership and team-building abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with management software is a plus Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities Nice-to-have: prior experience in customer service or retail management; relevant certifications or training in leadership or business management

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
