We're looking for a motivated
Assistant General Manager
with strong sales experience to help drive membership growth and support daily club operations. This role focuses onlead generation
, meetingmonthly sales targets
, and hittingdaily KPIs
while delivering an exceptional experience to new and existing members.Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert prospects into new memberships Achieve monthly sales goals and daily performance metrics Build relationships with members and the community Assist with daily operations and team support
Requirements:
Previous sales experience required Proven ability to meet targets and perform consistently Strong communication and people skills Passion for fitness and helping others

Pay: $3,500.00-$6,500.00 per month
