You will be responsible for assisting the Food & Beverage Manager and Director of F&B in overseeing Banquets and the Outlets (The Wyld and Fredrich Restaurants) at Elk Ridge Resort . You will be in charge of executing all Weddings at Elk Ridge Resort and will also assist with meetings, corporate functions and in-house events. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise daily F&B/culinary shift operations and monitors compliance with all F&B policies, standards and procedure, meeting the expectations of guests on a daily basis
• Schedule, train and supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Order F&B supplies
• Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
• Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Provide services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviours.
• Take proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns.
• Focus on safety and health standards to ensure safe working conditions.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 2+ years experience in a similar role or 4+ years of experience in F&B, Front of House, with strong leadership skills and a desire and passion to be in a leadership role.
