We\'re actively seeking a dedicated individual to exemplify the vision and strategy for our Accounting and Finance Team in the role of full-time Assistant Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Accounting and Finance, the ideal candidate will collaborate within a team, focusing on daily accounting responsibilities while also preparing consolidated financial statements and conducting associated analyses. This position will include the following responsibilities and day-to-day functions but is not limited to: \xc2\xb7 Prepare month-end and year-end consolidated financial statements. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes. \xc2\xb7 Monthly variance analysis. \xc2\xb7 Lead, coach, and mentor the accounting team responsible for A/R and A/P. \xc2\xb7 Perform month-end and year-end procedures. \xc2\xb7 Assist in the annual audit process. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the internal control review and policies in conjunction with recommendations from the internal auditor. \xc2\xb7 Provide ad-hoc analysis to support projects and business decisions as required.
