Overview: Our team is looking for a highly motivated and sales driven individual to assume the role of Assistant Field Manager (AFM). The objective of the AFM is to lead by example to support and enhance the team vision and objectives. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge, and confidence to be an effective leader in Field Sales! The successful candidate will also be enrolled in OSL\xe2\x80\x99s Leadership Development Program, with quarterly professional development training. Job duties and accountabilities:
Works in partnership with the Field Manager to achieve monthly team targets
Maintains personal sales results within the top performance quartile
Facilitates in-office team meetings in coordination with the Field Sales Manager
Leads in-field touch points with peers, to effectively communicate and achieve team goals
Provides weekly coaching and support to peers, submitting 3 coach logs per week
Attends weekly coaching calls with the Field Sales Manager and Regional Manager
Provides additional motivational tactics to achieve sales goals
Drives best practices that support sales engagement
Participates in the Field Sales Leadership certification program quarterly developmental summits
Attends weekly Assistant Field Manager meetings with Sales Managers
Assists the Field Sales Manager with equipment retrievals
Qualifications:
Strong people leadership and communication skills
Unbiased attitude and a willingness to help others grow professionally
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s)
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job including but not limited to the ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions
