Your days will include:

Supervising and Training production staff at feed mill

Overseeing production schedules for feed division

Implementing staff performance reviews

Liaising between feed mills, purchasing, nutrition and accounting departments

Assisting the mill manager with HACCP procedures and responsibilities

Proficient use of the Repete computer mixing systems

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

Agriculture Diploma is considered an asset 5 years' experience in a feed manufacturing environment Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and codes of practice pertaining to feed mills Ability to interpret and explain company policies, rules and regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills] Excellent computer skills Ability to develop new procedures as necessary Holds a valid Class 5 License Ability to analyze product and adjust processes as required
