Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and Marina Dockhand skilled in Maintenance to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and secure operation and upkeep of our Marina infrastructure & facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, have basic boating knowledge and have hand tool skills for maintenance projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in maintenance and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Duties

Perform light maintenance tasks (e.g., pressure washing, trash removal, minor repairs) Maintain cleanliness and order on docks, walkways and common areas Monitor Marina activity and report safety concerns or incidents Provide friendly and professional customer service Must empty and dispose of garbage in marina garbage cans, daily. Performs semi-skilled and skilled maintenance work to facility. Operate hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems as needed for maintenance tasks Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements

Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and general maintenance tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols diligently A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
