Our client - a well-established real estate and construction company - is looking for an Assistant Controller to join their head office in Terrebonne.

Your Impact:
- Be responsible for all aspects of the accounting cycle (monthly/quarterly/year-end close)
- Prepare and review financial statements for multiple entities
- Be responsible for forecasting and budgeting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Improve processes and procedures
- Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions
- Partner with senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree, accounting certificate, DEC, AEC, DEP in accounting
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Experience in a real estate, construction, or project-based environment
- Comfort managing accounting for multiple entities
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
