Key Responsibilities



Assist in leading and managing the monthly, and year-end close processes. Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting policies. Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analyses, and forecasts. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll functions. Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including department collaboration. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies. Partner with external auditors for year-end audits and tax filings. Identify opportunities for improvement in financial systems, tools, and workflows, and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable financial regulations and corporate policies.

Education & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA designation required. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Previous experience supervising a team. In-depth knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Advanced Excel skills, ERP experience preferred (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics NAV, SAP)
