About the Role

We are looking for a

part-time Assistant Clinical Manager

to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ottawa clinic. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about the medical aesthetics industry. You'll work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations, support staff, and maintain an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

Support and supervise clinical and front desk staff Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain a clean, organized environment Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and training team members Manage inventory and supply orders Ensure clients receive exceptional service and follow-up care Collaborate with management on sales goals, promotions, and new services Handle client or staff concerns professionally and promptly Communicate regularly with management and attend meetings as needed

Qualifications

Strong sales background and customer service experience preferred medical, aesthetics or nursing background an asset but not required Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinic, medspa, or healthcare setting an asset Previous management or supervisory experience is an asset Knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry is an advantage Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Reliable, professional, and able to work independently Must be available to work on-site (no remote work)
