Kendall Fire Department is a Firefighter Services Department of Toronto ON. is a highly qualified and diverse team of professionals dedicated to delivering comprehensive, individualized, and reliable physical and psychological profiling, empowering municipalities through analytics to make data-driven decisions when building teams.
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Client Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and driving the success of our services. You will play a crucial role in managing projects, analyzing client needs, and collaborating with various departments to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid background in customer relationship management.

Duties



Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of urgency. Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions. Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and feedback to improve service offerings. Collaborate with departmental teams to align strategies that enhance client engagement. Managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing emergencies, inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Other duties maybe assigned by management, training and programs.

Experience



Proven experience in project management, customer relationship management,. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service in all interactions. Pay: $77,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
