We are currently looking for a full-time Security Supervisor to join our Campus Unit in London. Qualifications:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License and Valid First Aid/CPR; Level C is preferred Valid Ontario G Driver's License with access to a personal vehicle At least 2 years of security supervisor experience in a high-profile customer-focused environment, such as a campus, government, or healthcare. Campus Security Experience is an asset Assisting with day-to-day site operations across the LondonWestern Ontario Region Including monitoring team's compliance/audit, training, management (20/40 guards), reports, investigationsrapport Military/Police background/Law Enforcement background is an asset. Previous Use of Force training and arrest experience will be considered an asset. Using Two-Way Radio Communication, Completing Risk AssessmentsReviewing CCTV footage alongside Daily Mobile forms Ability to work at different sites across LondonWestern Ontario Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prepare professional daily and/or incident security reports. Knowledge of Trespass to Property Act (TPA), Canada Criminal Code, and 494(c) Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills Ability to conduct arrests in appropriate and sanctioned situations. Collaborating with Site Supervisor, Dispatch SV w/ communication center, Campus Special Constable Leadership/Officers Being a Liason for SecuriguardFanshawe Clientele

Training:

Completion of Use of Force Training and Lawful Subject Restraint, and Crisis Management training are requirements for this role, and also require annual re-certification. The training is provided to new employees for this role, along with Securiguard University Orientations courses for skill development.
