We are currently looking for Assistant Camp Director to join our team of committed professionals. This Full-time 6 month contract position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario's John Island Camp location near Spanish, ON.
Under the direction of the John Island Camp Director, the Assistant Director supports the supervision of the management team and the associated budget. This role is also responsible for staffing, training, and performance management. The Assistant Director oversees daily programming, kitchen operations, scheduling, and maintenance, while providing support to teachers and chaperones during the spring season.
