Responsabilities:

As an Assistant Brand Manager for our OTC division, you will play a key role in supporting the Brand Manager and contributing to the overall success of our Gut Health portfolio. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, you will assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives. Your analytical skills, creativity, and attention to detail will be crucial in executing various brand initiatives and ensuring their success. This includes responsibilities like analysing sales and marketing data, researching category and competitive information, coordinating, and developing promotional material.

  • Collaborate with the Gut Health Brand Manager to develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans for the OTC product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the development of brand positioning, messaging, and target audience segmentation to drive effective communication and brand differentiation.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of marketing activities, including advertising, digital marketing, social media campaigns, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of brand plans and initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, consumer insights, and regulatory changes related to the OTC industry, and apply this knowledge to enhance brand strategies and activities.
  • Support the Brand Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies and business partners.
  • Assist other marketing brand managers as needed for specific projects.

  • Strong interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 proven ability to collaborate with others with positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Tableau (visual analytics platform) experience beneficial
  • Creative, Curious, and fast learner

  • Flexible, adaptable, accountable, and high personal integrity
  • Bilingual preferred. Able to read, write and speak French and English proficiently.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape and channels
Education : Bachelor
Bachelor

Experience : 1 years: One to two years of experience as an associate brand manager in the field of consumer goods. Experience in consumer health will be an asset.
