Job Title Assistant Branch Manager/Advisor Trainee

Job Summary Aider la personne de direction de la succursale \xc3\xa0 superviser les activit\xc3\xa9s quotidiennes, ce qui inclut la gestion, les ventes, le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et la formation du personnel, pour assurer l\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 des pratiques bancaires. Superviser g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ralement le personnel r\xc3\xa9mun\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 au taux horaire et le personnel de niveau d\xc3\xa9butant \xc3\xa0 interm\xc3\xa9diaire en leur donnant des directives et des t\xc3\xa2ches courantes, en harmonie avec les proc\xc3\xa9dures de l\xe2\x80\x99unit\xc3\xa9.
