Assistant Barn Manager - Blueline

Our growing company is searching for internal talent in the role of Assistant Barn Manager - Blueline, reporting to the Production Manager. This opportunity is located in the community of Morris.
Your days will include:
- Animal welfare
- Organizing employee workload and delegating tasks
- Training new employees,
- Overseeing animal flow
- Ensuring work and safety guidelines are met
- Completing daily farm tasks
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you possess:
- 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 minimum experience in the Sow Division
- An understanding of animal welfare
- Previous management experience an asset
- Valid Class 5 license
- Basic computer skills
