Duties

2. Customer Service: Interacting with customers to provide excellent service, addressing inquiries, and handling complaints in a professional manner.
3. Product Quality Control: Ensuring that all baked goods are produced to high standards, including monitoring baking processes and maintaining freshness and quality in products.
4. Inventory Management: Assisting in managing inventory levels, including tracking supplies, ordering ingredients, and minimizing waste.
5. Production Planning: Helping to plan and organize daily production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining efficiency.
6. Sales and Marketing Support: Contributing to marketing efforts, such as promoting new products, coordinating special events, and developing promotions to attract customers.
7. Financial Responsibilities: Assisting with budgeting, preparing reports on sales and expenses, and ensuring compliance with financial practices.
8. Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety Standards: Ensuring that the bakery adheres to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
9. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of bakery equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Experience Requirements
:
1. Bakery Experience: Significant experience in a bakery environment of 5 years, including roles that involve customer service or production.
2. Management Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial position is required, with a focus on leading a team and overseeing operations.
