Position:

Assistant Agro Manager

Full-time

: 40 hours per week. Benefit eligible after 3 months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability requirements:

Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

Support sales, margin, expense control, and inventory management while ensuring a professional, customer-focused environment. Supervise and develop team members, organize daily operations, and lead the hiring process, training, and scheduling. Oversee custom applications, deliveries, and marketing initiatives to support the sales team. Manage financial responsibilities, including budgeting, reviewing invoices, and ensuring compliance with Central Alberta Co-op policies. Oversee facility maintenance, fleet operations, and enforce safety and loss prevention standards. Assume responsibility for location operations and administration in the manager's absence. Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 education required. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience. Class 3 Driver's Licence is considered an asset. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
