Le titulaire du poste soutient les Conseillers, Services aux particuliers dans leurs activites de role conseil et de developpement des affaires afin d'offrir aux clients la possibilite d'ameliorer leur sante financiere globale.


Responsibilities


Se positionner comme un point de contact, en collaboration avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers, pour la clientele
Repondre par telephone, en personne ou par courriel aux questionnements, demandes d'informations et suivis de la clientele assignee de la succursale S'assurer que les besoins des clients soient traites a la satisfaction de ceux-ci Supporter les conseillers dans la sollicitation de la clientele assignee afin d'assurer une gestion optimale du portefeuille des clients En collaboration avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers, suivre avec diligence le calendrier d'echeances des produits financiers de la clientele assignee Participer a la sollicitation telephonique et assurer le service a la clientele Renseigner la clientele sur les politiques et procedures de la Banque ainsi que sur les differentes campagnes et promotions en cours Appuyer le conseiller Services aux particuliers dans la preparation de rencontres optimales avec la clientele dans un environnement 100% conseils.



Assurer le soutien administratif
Effectuer des taches administratives et assurer le lien administratif avec les differents services Completer divers documents selon les priorites et en assurer un suivi Coordonner les dossiers clients, la reception de la documentation necessaire et en assurer un suivi Supporter les conseillers Services aux particuliers sur la gestion des agendas et la preparation des rendez-vous avec la clientele assignee Collaborer avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers a l'organisation des rendez-vous clients Collaborer avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers pour assurer la qualite et la conformite des dossiers de la clientele Collaborer avec le conseiller Services aux particuliers afin d'assurer l'exactitude des donnees et des operations et se conformer aux legislations en vigueur, aux politiques, programmes et procedures de la Banque Se conformer aux exigences de formation continue ainsi qu'aux pratiques regies par les Organismes d'autoreglementation qui chapeautent l'industrie Toute autre tache connexe pour aider au succes de la succursale



Qualifications


Permis de representant en epargne collective acquis ou l'obtenir maximum 3 mois suivant la date d'embauche Bilinguisme (Selon les besoins et les regions)
Diplome d'etudes collegiales complete 1 a 3 ans d'experience pertinente



Competences specifiques
Forte aptitude dans l'organisation du travail et la gestion des priorites Forte aptitude de communication (en personne, par telephone et par ecrit) Habiletes relationnelles Minutie et soucis du travail bien fait Aptitude au niveau du developpement des affaires





Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages.
