Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Accounting Manager to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a deep understanding of various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation. Responsibilities

• Assist in aspects of the accounting department, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Help in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure timely completion of audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as an Assistant Accounting Manager or similar role in a corporate environment is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) is highly desirable.
• Experience with account reconciliation processes and payroll management.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• CPA certification is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
