Operational excellence

• 
  Certify through AM Central Pillar Leader or Field Pillar Leader through Step-up Process on each step of AM
• 
  Utilize AM tools and templates, Microsoft Office Suite to track and trend data as required by AM Pillar Leader
• 
  Prepare AM Pillar documentation such as pillar 4-Box when required
  

Communications

• 
  Share AM status for CIL, CL, DH with AM team and plant leaders as required
• 
  Provide high-quality AM training using AM Central Pillar materials to AM participants
  

Continuous improvement

• 
  Work with AM teams to close gaps discovered during AM assessments

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 
  Ability to speak comfortably in public situations
• 
  Experience using Microsoft Office programs
• 
  Experience with shop floor data collection systems (MII, Red Zone, etc.) or technical competency to learn new systems
• 
  Experience with or strong desire to learn AM practices
• 
  Brings strong organizational skills
• 
  Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work well and communicate with others.
