Position Overview:
We're hiring a part-time, detail-focused
Assessment & Insights Coordinator
to manage the administration of individual and team assessments, pre/post-session surveys, and reporting across multiple leadership development initiatives. This role is essential in setting the compass for our lead facilitators - translating data into direction, so our programs stay deeply aligned with the client's goals.
This role is ideal for someone who loves process, precision, and supporting people behind the scenes -- ensuring every participant's experience is intentional, timely, and professionally delivered.
This is a contract position with flexible hours that may vary week to week depending on the project requirements. Hours may fluctuate based on project and client needs. We're looking for someone who is open to growing with us and able to adapt as the workload evolves.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and send assessments to participants in advance of sessions
Track completion rates and send reminders as needed
Organize and download reports; ensure reports are available for facilitators on time
Manage groups and subgroups within the Catalyst platform and other assessment management tools.
Maintain accurate records of participant progress and group history
Survey Management:
Design and administer pre-session and post-session surveys
Track response rates, send reminders, and the collection of high integrity data
Prepare summaries of survey results and insights to support session design and client reporting
Participant & Program Support:
Maintain organized lists of participants across multiple programs
Collaborate with the Program Lead on communication timing and expectations
Flag and resolve participant issues such as access problems and missed deadlines)
Ensure all participant communications are timely, accurate, and on-brand
What You Bring:
Proven experience with digital tools (ideally including Google Workspace, Survey tools, and CRM systems)
Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Experience with Assessments 24/7 and/or Everything DiSC or equivalent
Experience in adult learning, coaching, learning and development, and/or assessment-based programs is a plus
Exceptional writing skills
A self starter who is and meet timelines with high pride for attention to detail
Position Details:
Part-time, Project Based (Generally on Program Kick off and Completion)
Remote; flex must be available during core business hours (MT/CT preferred)
Contract role with hourly compensation based on experience
Potential to grow with the organization into a broader data or client support role
