ProAll International Manufacturing Ltd., located in Olds, AB, is seeking assembly technicians. We are growing and this is an excellent opportunity to join a positive team in a fast-paced environment.We work a 4 day work week (Monday to Thursday) with 10 hour shifts and an evening shift hourly premium. Three day weekends every weekend!Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude / abilities Familiar with hand tools and power tools Self-motivated and can work well under limited supervision Time management and organizational skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Team oriented, positive attitude and willingness to learn Problem solving skills and strong work ethic Able to work safely in a fast-paced environment Think and react to changing conditions as needed Flexible to accommodate varying shift times, if necessary Physically fitResponsibilities: Study and follow assembly instructions Understand parts list and determine if all parts are present Communicate with the supply chain to order parts and maintain inventory Interpret workorders, drawings and complete all documentation accurately Position parts and sub-assemblies correctly using the documents provided Assemble components, ensuring all parts are fitted and attached according to the documentation Use tools and material appropriately Ensure quality work is done in a timely and efficient manner Follow up with supervisors to communicate status of equipment being worked on Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times and streamline work related processes Perform daily safety and maintenance checks Follow all safety policies and maintain integrityWhat we offer: Competitive wages Benefit package with RRSP matching Opportunities to work overtime Work / life balance Positive work cultureLearn more about us here: https://proallinc.com/Learn more about Olds, Alberta here: https://everythingolds.ca/invest-in-olds/move-to-olds/Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:
