Assembly Technician

Levare Canada Ltd. is a recognized industry leader in the design, manufacturing, and deployment of Electric Submersible Pumps and Horizontal Pumping Systems aiding oil and gas production worldwide.

Position Summary:

The Shop Assembly Technician is responsible for performing a variety of technical job functions related to the assembly and testing of Multi-Stage Centrifugal Pumps and related components for use in our Electric Submersible Pumping (ESP) & Horizontal Pumping Systems (HPS) product lines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assemble, inspect and disassemble components of electric submersible and horizontal pumps. Test performance of completed pumping equipment to Levare Canada specifications. Maintain and update results related to various testing procedures. Read and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and product manuals. Set up and operate equipment as per specifications and instructions. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment. Additional duties as outlined by manager or supervisor.

Position Qualifications:

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude. Proficient in assembly of mechanical equipment. Capable of reading various instruments and blue prints. Work attitude that puts Safety and Quality first. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in shop environment with exposure to elements such as noise, dust and odors. Perform all job duties safely and according to HSE guidelines. Ability to work overtime as required. Artificial lift &/HPS & ESP equipment knowledge and experience will be considered an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
