SeedMaster is currently seeking innovative and results-oriented Assembly Technicians.What will you be working on?

• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
• Assemble components and fastening parts, ensuring correct fit and function.
• Monitor the function of all equipment and report and issues or problems to the lead hand.
• Identify needs for improvement by completing ECR's as required so that product quality is maintained.
• Maintain work areas in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

What is required for this role?

• Minimum 1 year of previous assembly experience is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in an agriculture manufacturing environment.
• Must have excellent mechanical aptitude and strong understanding of hydraulic systems and components.
• Able to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
• High attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written direction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
