Assembly Technician

Sirius Controls is a progressive and rapidly growing company that is well positioned in the manufacturing industry. We are looking to add a self-motivated and capable member to join our Production team.

We have an immediate full-time opening for an Assembly Technician in our Edmonton facility.

Specific Responsibilities:

Install parts and components to sub-assemblies and assemblies. Assembling electrical and mechanical components. Assemble and connect pumps, tubing, battery boxes, batteries, attaching hardware, switches, or other parts. Route or connect wires between components, connectors and terminals. Inspect mechanical and electrical components and assemblies to ensure adherence to specified requirements, labeling and packaging. Perform testing and inspection of parts and products as required. Complete all production and quality control documentation. Use hand tools, power tools, or precision instruments to test equipment. Maintain cleanliness in work area and adhere to occupational health and safety standards

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic. Experience in assembling components. Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and quickly assume new tasks as required. Able to work as part of a team or independently with minimal supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.34-$20.00 per hour
