Position Summary:

We are currently hiring

Asphalt Labourers

to assist with various tasks related to asphalt paving projects. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role ideal for individuals who are hardworking, dependable, and eager to grow in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with asphalt paving, raking, and shoveling Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Prep and clean work sites before and after paving Support operators and crew with project setup and cleanup Work safely around heavy machinery and traffic Follow directions from foreman and team leads

Qualifications:

Experience in asphalt or construction work is an asset (willing to train the right candidate) Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Safety-conscious and punctual Valid G-class driver's license preferred
