Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be involved in various construction and paving projects, assisting with the operation of heavy equipment and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.

Responsibilities



Assist in the operation of heavy equipment(e.g. roller, skid steer) for paving tasks. Perform manual labor including digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Support the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary materials.

Skills



Experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred. Knowledge of paving techniques and construction processes is a plus. Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform strenuous tasks throughout the workday. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and communication. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety regulations at all times. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 60 per week
