Inforce Case Coordination, under the Distributor Relations & Learning organization, has a career opportunity for a dedicated Inforce Case Coordinator /Relationship Consultant.

This role will be responsible for support of our Asian Market distributors with two key accountabilities. Day-to-day support of their inforce block of insurance business and managing key relationships with our Distributors and their Operations teams ensuring they are set up for success. The incumbent will be providing training; responding to escalations; promoting digital solutions and be an ambassador of Manulife.

Responsibilities

Acknowledge, manage, and respond to Inforce Insurance inquiries on all product lines via dedicated e-mail ID\xe2\x80\x99s and toll-free number within established service standards. Create an outstanding service experience with the goal of prioritizing and handling their inquiry.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to facilitate complex processes and case resolution across multiple areas, ensuring timely execution of all requests.

Identify process enhancements and raise concerns from distributors to ensure we focus on opportunities that make doing business easier and more valuable for our distributor

Managing key distributor relationships, ensuring they and their Operations teams are set up for success when doing business with Manulife.

Responsible for providing training, promoting digital solutions and being an ambassador of Manulife

Participation as a supporting member of the pre-sale and post-sale process for training of insurance tools and services

Deliver distributor training both virtually and face-to-face

Understand the distributors business model, their needs and objectives, by building a strong and mutually beneficial relationship

Provide support and information to the Learning & Development team for ongoing education needs

Contribute to the annual Manulife EDGE Conference

Ensure distributors are well informed of initiatives impacting how they do business with Manulife and why it matters

Actively engage distributors to better understand our service models and work to bring effective solutions to increase electronic processing and reduce not in good order business submissions

What we are looking for

As a subject matter expert, you have several years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the Canadian Insurance industry

Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin with in-depth understanding of Asian culture

Experience presenting to both large and small groups

Solid insurance knowledge across all Insurance product lines, including legacy products is an asset

Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities

Proven ability to manage relationships, negotiate and influence change

Commitment to achieving high levels of service excellence and ability to work independently and/or within a team

Support, develop and maintain strong collaboration with all business units

Analytical and execution ability; able to go high and deep

Independent and creative thinking

Keeps current with company policies, procedures and priorities while acting as a subject matter expert to our internal and external partners
