We are a specialized restoration company focused on mould remediation, flood damage, and reconstruction projects. We are seeking a

Surveyor Technician

with a valid

WCB S-Certification

to join our team.

This role is

not exclusively survey-based

. While you will conduct surveys as needed, you will also support broader company operations between projects, including jobsite maintenance and assisting our emergency tear out team with hands-on remediation work.

Duties

Conduct site surveys in accordance with WCB S-Certification standards. Prepare clear, accurate survey reports and communicate results to project managers and clients. Assist with day-to-day jobsite maintenance when not actively completing survey work. Support emergency tear out and hands-on remediation/rebuild projects as required. Work collaboratively with project managers, technicians, and the administration team. Maintain a safe work environment and follow company and industry safety protocols.

Requirements

Valid WCB S-Certification

(required). Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required). Previous experience in restoration, environmental assessments, or construction is an asset. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Comfortable performing hands-on labour when assisting with remediation tasks. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
