What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading asbestos abatement crews on-site
Ensuring all work is performed in compliance with provincial regulations and safety procedures
Coordinating daily tasks, crew roles, and site setup
Completing daily logs, hazard assessments, and air clearance documentation
Communicating with site supervisors and clients as needed
Ensuring PPE, containment, and decontamination procedures are strictly followed
Supporting safe disposal and material handling
Training and mentoring new crew members
