For nearly three decades, Small World Music has celebrated the transformative power of music to build belonging and connection across Ontario's diverse communities. Each year, we reach more than 30,000 audience members through over 350 events featuring 1,600 artists, more than 95% from equity-deserving groups.
Families in our community have long asked us to extend this impact to their children. In response, we are launching a new arts and music education initiative for youth, centered on culturally diverse musical traditions. This program will create spaces where children can affirm their own identities, explore new cultures, and nurture empathy, curiosity, and respect.
