  • Cr\xc3\xa9er des personnages, des cr\xc3\xa9atures et des armes de haute qualit\xc3\xa9, adapt\xc3\xa9s sur le plan technique et artistique.
  • Affiner (ou cr\xc3\xa9er) des Shaders de surface pour les personnages du jeu.
  • Collaborer avec les animateurs pour s\'assurer que l\'armature des personnages peut \xc3\xaatre mod\xc3\xa9lis\xc3\xa9e et anim\xc3\xa9e correctement.
  • Maintenir les pipelines de production et de logiciels tout en respectant les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers.
  • Corriger les bogues et d\xc3\xa9crire des \xc3\xa9tudes de cas en recherche et d\xc3\xa9veloppement (R&D) dans la base de connaissances.
  • Encadrer les coll\xc3\xa8gues moins chevronn\xc3\xa9s.
  • Occasionnellement aider l\'\xc3\xa9quipe de recrutement dans le processus de dotation.
  • Creating high-quality characters, creatures, and weapons suitable technically and artistically.
  • Tuning (or creating) surface shaders for in-game characters.
  • Working with Animators to ensure the character can be rigged and animated properly.
  • Maintain the production and software pipeline and meeting deadlines.
  • Bug Fixing and describing R&D case studies in the knowledge base.
  • Mentoring less experienced peers.
  • Occasionally supporting the hiring team in the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Au moins 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience dans le d\xc3\xa9veloppement de mod\xc3\xa8les et textures de personnages comme artiste de personnages senior.
  • Exp\xc3\xa9rience de jeu publi\xc3\xa9 (mention comme artiste de personnages au g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rique d\'au moins un jeu AAA).
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er des personnages cr\xc3\xa9dibles, pleins de vie et de personnalit\xc3\xa9.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 cr\xc3\xa9er des mod\xc3\xa8les high-poly et low-poly ainsi que des textures.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 s\'adapter et \xc3\xa0 innover dans de nouveaux styles et techniques.
  • Fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mod\xc3\xa9lisation organique (visages humains, v\xc3\xaatements, cr\xc3\xa9atures r\xc3\xa9alistes).
  • Fortes comp\xc3\xa9tences en mod\xc3\xa9lisation de surfaces dures (armures, armes).

  • Strong organic modeling skills (human faces, clothing, believable creatures).
  • Strong hard-surface modeling skills (armor, weapons).
  • Experience with PBR based shaders.
  • Excellent knowledge of major 3D software packages (Maya, Max, or Modo, and ZBrush, marvelous Designer, Substance Painter).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High work ethic and self-motivation.
