Fol Epi is looking for part time artisanal bakery assistant.

We have a great team and well rounded bread program in a nice inviting space.

We mill our own flour with organic heritage grain from a farmer we have worked with for over 15 years. All our ingredients are organic. We believe strongly in using quality ingredients and consistent good technique to make the best breads possible.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in working hard with a team, enjoying the process and contributing to a positive work environment.

Role:

? Assisting bakers in preparation of baked goods, scaling recipes, packaging,

? Clear and effective communication skills, time management, attention to detail

? Cleaning and maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and proper storage of food items

? Must have food safe

? Must be able to lift 50lbs

Shifts start as early as 5:00AM

Attitude and ability to take direction and learn are more important than experience, but experience goes a long way.

$23 an hour. This is a 12+ hours a week starting and learning position and could have room to grow for the right candidate. We are hoping this candidate could be flexible in the hours they are able to do and be flexible to cover shifts, vacations and help support our growing business.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
