In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation AI Tools into a conventional brick and mortar construction business. The slate is clean - if you have dream it, we will build it! You will work closely with internal departments to understand their needs, develop everything, provide training, and ensure a smooth transition to new platforms. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing client satisfaction and driving product adoption.

Duties

Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes. Develop and execute implementation plans tailored to each client's needs. Provide training sessions for clients on the use of our software solutions. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the implementation process and provide timely resolutions. Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, implementation processes, and feedback. Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and customer support to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Monitor client progress post-implementation to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.

Skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical information to non-technical users. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer service. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with software implementation processes and best practices is preferred. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. A background in technology or software solutions is advantageous but not required.
