:

Seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Consultant to assist in the development of a strategic roadmap for the adoption and integration of AI technologies across Client's operations. The consultant will provide expert guidance on identifying high-impact use cases, assessing organizational readiness, and outlining a phased implementation plan. The selected resource will be required to:

Conduct discovery sessions with key stakeholders to understand Client's operational landscape and data ecosystem. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance efficiency, accuracy, or decision-making. Evaluate current capabilities and gaps in infrastructure, data governance, and skills. Recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks suitable for Client's context. Develop a strategic roadmap including short-, medium-, and long-term AI initiatives. Provide guidance on ethical, legal, and privacy considerations related to AI adoption. Deliver a final report and presentation summarizing findings, recommendations, and next steps.

Qualifications

The preferred resource will have:

3+ years of experience in AI strategy, data science, or machine learning consulting. Proven experience developing AI roadmaps for public sector or regulated environments. Experience working with an Election Management Body would be considered a strong asset. Familiarity with AI governance, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices. Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, and cloud ecosystems. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders. Ability to produce clear, actionable documentation and strategic plans.
