The Opportunity
We are seeking
motivated law students and articling students
to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience, work closely with experienced counsel, and develop the foundational skills necessary for a successful legal career.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and correspondence
Assist in preparing for hearings, discoveries, and trials
Attend client meetings and court proceedings (where appropriate)
Support lawyers in file management and case preparation
Contribute to firm initiatives, community involvement, and professional development activities
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited law school
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
Professionalism, initiative, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Prior legal experience (e.g., summer student, internship, clinic work) is an asset but not required
