Clokie & Co. Family Lawyers is currently looking for an articled student or junior (1-5 year call) associate to join our team.
We are a busy family law firm located in Downtown Vancouver.
We value ourselves on compassion, empathy and integrity when assisting clients and dealing with issues that are often complex. We are looking for someone who holds these same values and has a genuine interest in family law, is responsible and has the aptitude to advocate for clients. This role requires court appearances, including running trials and hearings, and is ideal for someone who is looking to get experience in litigation.
The ideal candidate will have:
The eagerness to attend court, both Provincial and Supreme
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work independently, take initiative and complete tasks
A high degree of organizational skills and attention to detail
