Company Description Sixth Dimension Studio was founded in 2020 in Calgary. The students would be allowed to learn how to recognize, discover and create beauty through different themes in each lesson. Build artistic thinking, develop practical skills, and gain greater confidence in kinds of class activities. They will be encouraged to use arts to enrich life, have enthusiasm for art and dare to create. Carry out collective or individual artistic creation through various innovative methods and learn from practice to develop critical thinking. At the same time, it includes elite education based on small-class teaching and 1V1 VIP customized courses. By the end of 2023, more than 100 students will have participated and won numerous awards in many international competitions. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Art Teacher at Sixth Dimension Studio in Calgary, AB. The Art Teacher will create lesson plans, develop an art curriculum, conduct art classes, teach various art techniques like painting, and engage with students to create a fun and welcoming environment. Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of lesson planning, curriculum development, and teaching
• Experience in Art Education, including teaching different art techniques such as oil painting, comics, etc
• Ability to manage a group of students and conduct individualized discussions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Fine Arts, Art History, Education, or a related field
• Experience teaching art to students
• Strong passion for art and willingness to continuously develop skills
• Experience with digital art and design software is a plus

Hours 6-10 hours per week Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op Salary: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:
