Responsibilities:
- Direct all phases of creative from initial concepts and ideation through to execution
- Manage multiple projects from a creative leadership perspective
- Create visually appealing, cutting-edge creative concepts
- Collaborate with other internal departments to deliver high quality design for both internal, and external client projects
- Assist and lead new business engagements where creative input is needed
- 6+ years of experience in an advertising agency
- Experience seeing campaigns from ideation through to completion
- Proven ability to manage tight deadlines with demanding clients
- Portfolio that showcases promotional campaigns
- Knowledge of traditional, social, video and digital marketing
