We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Armed Guard to join our security team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This position requires a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, along with the ability to operate CCTV systems effectively. The Armed Guard will be responsible for deterring criminal activity, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Monitor premises through surveillance systems, including CCTV, to detect and prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance.
Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
Enforce company policies and procedures related to security and safety measures.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients, visitors, and employees.
Experience
Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
Familiarity with surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies is essential.
Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other security equipment.
Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert in high-pressure situations.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
