DuBois Chemicals recherche un Gestionnaire regional des ventes, experimente et de haut niveau base dans l'est du Quebec (candidats locaux requis) pour stimuler la croissance sur le marche des produits chimiques specialises dans l'est du Canada. Le titulaire de ce poste est charge de diriger une equipe commerciale regionale, de mettre en oeuvre des plans de croissance strategiques et d'accompagner les clients grace a une approche consultative axee sur la valeur.
Le Gestionnaire regional des ventes etablira de solides relations avec les clients a tous les niveaux de l'organisation, maintiendra et developpera les comptes cles et developpera un solide pipeline de nouvelles opportunites commerciales. En plus de l'encadrement et de la gestion de l'equipe, ce poste comprend des responsabilites de vente directe, avec un accent particulier sur la croissance de notre activite de melanges chimiques sur mesure.
Pour reussir dans ce poste, il est necessaire de collaborer etroitement avec les services internes, de faire preuve de rigueur dans l'execution des ventes et de demontrer une capacite a depasser les attentes en matiere de performance. PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES
Leadership et developpement de l'equipeDiriger, motiver et encadrer une equipe de representant des ventes internes et externes (environ 4 employes), en assurant le coaching, la gestion des performances et le developpement.
Maintenir la discipline commerciale au sein de l'equipe, en veillant a la mise en oeuvre coherente des plans de compte, a la gestion des opportunites et aux previsions.
Responsabilites en matiere de vente directeAtteindre un quota de vente personnel, y compris la responsabilite directe du developpement commercial des melanges personnalises, de la generation de prospects a la conclusion de la vente.
Gerer les comptes cles attribues, effectuer des analyses commerciales des clients et developper des solutions sur mesure.
Strategie de croissance et de territoireDevelopper et mettre en oeuvre des strategies commerciales regionales afin d'atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilite.
Realiser des etudes de marche et des analyses concurrentielles afin d'identifier les opportunites de croissance et les nouveaux clients cibles.
Stimuler la creation de nouvelles activites par la prospection, le reseautage et le developpement de relations.
Gestion des clients et des comptesEtablir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients et les parties prenantes cles.
Gerer la penetration du portefeuille de produits de l'entreprise sur les sites existants et identifier de nouvelles opportunites d'application.
Negocier les prix, les conditions, le fret et les contrats pour les comptes existants et nouveaux.
Excellence operationnelle des ventesSurveiller, analyser et rendre compte des performances commerciales, des tendances et des activites des concurrents.
Diriger les initiatives marketing au niveau territorial, notamment le developpement d'applications, l'identification des clients cibles et la participation a des salons professionnels.
Superviser le budget territorial, y compris les frais de deplacement et les depenses de l'equipe.
Collaborer avec des equipes interfonctionnelles pour harmoniser la strategie, resoudre les problemes et repondre aux besoins des clients.
Voyager dans l'est-Canadien pour soutenir les membres de l'equipe et les engagements des clients.
QUALIFICATIONS MINIMALES REQUISESBac en Gestion des affaires, ventes, genie chimique ou dans un domaine connexe.
Bilinguisme requis (francais et anglais)
Au moins 4 ans d'experience dans la vente de produits chimiques specialises, avec des resultats prouves en matiere d'atteinte ou de depassement des objectifs.
Capacite averee a gerer un territoire et a diriger efficacement une equipe de vente.
Solides competences en vente consultative, notamment en matiere de negociation, de resolution de problemes et de presentation de la valeur technique.
Experience dans la gestion de comptes cles et le developpement de nouvelles activites.
Capacite a interpreter les donnees de vente, a identifier les tendances et a elaborer des strategies concretes.
Forte orientation vers la reussite, avec une grande motivation a performer et a progresser.
Capacite a apprendre de nouvelles gammes de produits et a presenter la valeur technique aux clients.
Excellentes competences en communication orale et ecrite.
Solides competences en organisation et en gestion du temps, avec un sens aigu du detail.
Maitrise de Microsoft Office, des outils CRM et de Power BI.
Capacite a voyager occasionnellement pour rendre visite a des clients hors de la ville et assister a des reunions internes.

DuBois Chemicals is seeking an experienced, high-level Area Sales Manager based in Eastern Quebec (local candidates required) to drive growth within the specialty chemicals market in Eastern Canada. This role is responsible for leading a regional sales team, executing strategic growth plans, and supporting customers through a consultative, value-driven approach.
The Area Sales Manager will build strong customer relationships at all organizational levels, sustain and expand key accounts, and develop a robust pipeline of new business opportunities. In addition to coaching and managing the team, this role includes direct sales responsibilities, with a specific focus on driving growth in our custom-blend chemical business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership & Team DevelopmentLead, motivate, and mentor a team of inside and outside sales representatives, providing coaching, performance management, and development.
Maintain sales discipline within the team, ensuring consistent execution of account plans, opportunity management, and forecasting.
Direct Sales ResponsibilitiesCarry a personal sales quota, including direct ownership of custom-blend business development, from lead generation through close.
Manage assigned key accounts, conduct customer business reviews, and develop tailored solutions.
Growth & Territory StrategyDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and new customer targets.
Drive new business creation through prospecting, networking, and relationship development.
Customer & Account ManagementBuild and sustain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Manage corporate product portfolio penetration at existing sites and identify new application opportunities.
Negotiate pricing, terms, freight, and contracts for both existing and new accounts.
Sales Operational ExcellenceMonitor, analyze, and report on sales performance, trends, and competitor activities.
Lead territory-level marketing initiatives including applications development, target customer identification, and trade show participation.
Oversee the territory budget, including travel and team expenses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy, resolve issues, and support customer needs.
Travel within Eastern Canada to support team members and customer engagements.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in business, marketing, chemical engineering, or related field.
Bilingualism is required (French and English)
4+ years of specialty chemical sales experience, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and lead a sales team effectively.
Strong consultative selling skills, including negotiation, problem-solving, and presenting technical value.
Experience managing key accounts and developing new business.
Ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
