DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY



To grow sales and market share for Pride, Quantum and Stealth products through relationship building, product education, business strategy development, and customer support within an assigned geographical area and account base. Reporting to the Senior Area Sales Manager - Western Canada

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES



oMeet or exceed revenue goals and sales quotas within an assigned geographical area and account base

oEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship development by conducting effective business meetings, product training, and in-service presentations

oCollaborate effectively with internal resources, such as Pride Account Executives and Quantum Sales, to enhance the customer experience, share insights, and create strategic action plans to maximize sales for your assigned area and account base

oProvide ongoing feedback and best practices through the Pride "Speak Up" platform

oIdentify and capitalize on Unrealized Sales Opportunities (USO's) for all business lines within assigned account base

oDevelop a strategic travel/call rotation to build and maintain relationships with customers on a consistent basis

oProvide Senior Area Sales Manager with continuous feedback on competitor products and Pride/Quantum/Stealth products to help with ongoing development of new products, and the redesign of existing products to better serve the customer

oEnsure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

oDevelop goals and objectives, and measure outcomes to ensure goals are met

oFocus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

oWork effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

oPride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

oLift/Push/Pull up to 50 lbs

oTravel overnight, drive extensively, fulfill after-hours requirements, and transport demo equipment as business needs dictate

oIntermediate mechanical and/or electrical assembly and troubleshooting skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



oAt least 3 years of business-to-business field sales experience with retail products

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE



oMore than 2 years of Mobility equipment sales experience preferred

oCurrent or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION



oDegree in a Health Care related field OR High School Diploma or GED with significant tenure and required experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION



oBachelor's Degree in a Health Care related field

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



oMust be legally authorized to work in the Canada without sponsorship now, or in the future

SALARY



Competitive compensation package to be determined based on applicant's level of experience

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
