Using leading-edge technology, youll help connect British Columbians to healthy and safe workplaces providing support for injury prevention programs, rehabilitation services, workplace insurance, and strong health and safety cultures.In this role, youll be responsible for supporting area office end users in their use of technical services by resolving tier 2 issues with user applications and provide consultation to end users when needed. Youll leverage your strong technical support experience to analyze and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies and applications, video conferencing, mobile device and print system technologies. Youll also partner up with cross-functional IT teams to develop project scope and plans for a wide variety of applications to establish minimal standards for effective use of end user products.Where you'll workAt WorkSafeBC, we offer a model that combines the convenience of some remote work with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.In this role, youll work three or more days a week in our Richmond office.The analyst will be required to travel to WorkSafeBC offices located in the lower mainland, Fraser valley and other BC offices as and when required.What you'll doAs an area office support analyst you will:
