Borealis performs service work, delivers fuel to customers and also has a network of bulk transport vehicles moving fuel across Canada and the USA.JOB DESCRIPTIONSummary:Currently, Borealis Fuels & Logistics is looking for an Area Manager to lead the Yukon operations in Whitehorse. Borealis deems this position an essential and key role within its organization for its operations in the northern region of Canada. The Area Manager would be responsible for Borealiss interest in the Yukon Region and report to the Executive Team.Duties & Responsibilities: Support Borealis vision of LPG service excellence in the Yukon
Manage day-to-day operations of Borealis in the specified area, including but not limited to:

• Customer service;
• Service Team scheduling and manage priorities;
• Fuel dispatch management;
• Truck and equipment service and maintenance;
• Assets and inventory management;
• Yard organization and maintenance.

Support the development of Borealis Parts & Services division in the Yukon
Help Borealis build and lead a strong service team with skilled labour
Mentor and coach new employees
Manage weekly operations meetings with the Borealis team
Participate in Business Development activities and initiatives
Participate in community events funded by BorealisPOSITION REQUIREMENTS Entrepreneurial experience and extensive leadership skills
Knowledge of the propane and LPG industry is preferred
Class 3 driver's license with air brake endorsement preferred
Proficient with computers and office software
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Multi-tasking and the ability to work with teams
Communication and self-organization skills and hands-on mentality
Attention to detail and a self-starter
Full-time role and need to reside in Whitehorse, YukonSalary Expectations:
