Join our Architecture Strategy and Enablement team!
Our Architecture Engagement & Enablement Lead will be developing and driving plans that support architecture partners across domains, engineering, and business units in engaging with and delivering on strategic architecture priorities.
This manager-level role works closely with the AVP and other architecture leaders to ensure communication, adoption, and collaboration are effectively supported across the architecture community.
Position Responsibilities:
Architecture Adoption Planning
Support the development and execution of partner engagement plans that align architecture priorities with business and delivery needs.
Assist technology leaders in identifying key collaborator groups and tailoring engagement approaches to ensure relevance, clarity, and impact.
Coordinate with architecture teams to support consistent messaging and alignment across domains.
Outcome: Architecture partners are informed, aligned, and actively contributing to critical initiatives.
Architecture Community Enablement & Coordination
Support planning and logistics for architecture community activities, including forums, workshops, and communications.
Help maintain and evolve shared resources such as playbooks, reusable patterns, and onboarding guides.
Facilitate feedback loops between architecture teams and delivery organizations to improve adoption and execution.
Outcome: A connected and enabled architecture community that drives consistency and shared learning.
Architecture Strategy Communication
Support architecture leaders in translating strategy into consumable formats for diverse audiences (e.g., engineers, product managers, business leaders).
Coordinate communications and enablement materials to support rollout of architecture initiatives.
Track engagement effectiveness and provide input to improve future engagement plans.
Outcome: Architecture initiatives are understood, adopted, and embedded into delivery practices.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years in architecture, engineering enablement, or technical program management.
Experience supporting engagement and enablement plans.
Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences.
Proven ability to support alignment and adoption across complex, matrixed organizations.

Working Arrangement Hybrid
Salary range is expected to be between $94,220.00 CAD - $174,980.00 CAD
