Title: Architecture & Landscaping Assistant Location: Edmonton Regional Office, 3203 93rd Street NW At Qualico, our people make the difference. Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, Qualico Communities, as the Architecture & Landscaping Assistant you will coordinate the landscaping and architecture requirements for the business unit. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and approving architectural submissions including drawings, plot lands, and colours.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with builders.
  • Responding to homeowner inquiries regarding landscape and architecture.
  • Researching, developing and maintaining architectural guidelines for the business unit.
  • Performing seasonal landscape inspections and route planning. Assisting in refunds for damage deposits and approving stake-out requests.
  • Informing the appropriate departments about any on-site marketing, safety and building issues.
  • Maintaining accurate data in the lot management database.

Essential Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint) and architectural or lot management software (BuildPro, etc.).
Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in drafting, architecture or residential building practices is preferred.
  • Degree, diploma or professional designation in a related field is an asset.

Work Conditions Primarily works in an office setting during regular business hours. Travel to communities and regional office is required on a frequent basis. Overtime may occasionally be required.
