Architectural Technologist - Residential & Commercial Projects (N.Vancouver) We are a high-end design and build firm based in Vancouver, specializing in custom single-family, multi-family, and commercial projects. We're looking for a talented Architectural Technologist to join our team. What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of architectural experience in Canada Graduated from a Canadian institution in Architectural Technology or related field. Strong knowledge of BC Building Code, zoning bylaws, and permit processes. Experience designing multi-family homes, single-family homes, and light commercial projects. Skilled in Revit, and other design software. Strong attention to detail with a passion for modern and functional design. Ability to manage projects from concept to construction Comfortable coordinating with engineers, consultants, and municipalities Role Responsibilities: Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and 3D models. Collaborate with our design and construction team. Manage and track permit applications and project timelines. Conduct site visits and assist during construction phase when needed.
